Privacy Policy

Read the full policy below, or jump to a section using the contents.

1. Introduction

This policy explains what personal data Numpot collects when you use the service, and why.

2. What we collect

Account details: your email address, your display name and a hash of your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.

Activity: your orders, the numbers assigned to you, the SMS messages received on those numbers, your balance history and your top-up invoices.

Sign-in sessions: for each session, the IP address, a device identifier and the platform. The IP address is also used to limit the rate of requests.

3. How we use it

We use this data to run your account, deliver numbers and their codes, keep your balance records, and protect the service against abuse.

4. Who receives it

To fill an order we tell the number provider which country and app you chose; it returns the number and the messages that arrive on it.

For a top-up, the payment provider receives the invoice amount, the coin and network you chose and an internal reference, and reports the payment status back to us.

If you use Google sign-in, Google receives the sign-in request. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts.

Error alerts from our servers are posted to an operator chat on Telegram; they can contain your user id.

All traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, and our web server logs the IP address of each request.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The site sets a cookie that keeps you signed in, and cookies that remember your theme and language. Your cart and currency choice are kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Security

Passwords are stored only as a hash. Confirmation and reset links expire and work once.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always the one on this page.

8. Contact
