Terms of Service
Read the full policy below, or jump to a section using the contents.
1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of Numpot. By creating an account, topping up your balance or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Numpot sells virtual phone numbers that receive a single SMS verification code for a third-party app.
Each item in an order is one activation: a number is assigned to you for one code, within the time limit shown on the order. You do not own the number, and it cannot be reused after the activation ends.
Numbers come from an upstream provider. Availability and prices can change; the total is shown before you pay.
3. Your account
You need an account to place an order. You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. Keep your sign-in details private: you are responsible for everything done with your account.
Give an email address that you control: confirmation and password-reset links are issued for the address on your account.
4. Balance and top-ups
Orders are paid from your account balance. You add to the balance by paying a crypto invoice; the balance is credited with the amount the payment provider confirms it received for that invoice.
A payment below the invoiced amount, or above the maximum allowed for that invoice, is not credited automatically. It is held for manual review. A payment above the invoiced amount but within that maximum is credited at the amount received.
The balance can only be spent on orders. It cannot be withdrawn, and it is not paid back to a card or a wallet address.
5. Orders
The price of an order is deducted from your balance when you place it. If a number cannot be delivered, or an activation ends without a code, the price of that item is returned to your balance, as set out in the Refund Policy.
Once a code has been delivered for an item, that item is complete and is not refunded. An order that is refused, for example because your balance is too low or an offer is out of stock, is not charged.
6. Acceptable use
Use numbers only for lawful purposes. Do not use the service for fraud, abuse or spam, or in breach of the rules of the app you verify with.
We may suspend or ban an account that does.
7. Third parties
Numbers and payments are handled by third-party providers. We do not control the apps you use a number with and cannot promise that a given app will accept a number or send a code. If an activation ends without a code, the Refund Policy applies.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by a third-party app, a provider outage or a network problem. For an activation that delivers no code, your remedy is the return of its price to your balance.
9. Changes
We may change the service, its prices and these terms. Changes apply from when they are published; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if we detect abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
